April 2017 I-130 Filers

ok i got my notice in the mail two weeks ago online for my husband it shows approved but  my stepson it shows received and no new changes i think im call nvc today to see if they have any update

Hi Everyone! Got my NOA 1 April 20, 2016 from the Texas Service Center. Husband is Colombian. Congratulations to all who have already received NOA 2, but it's hard not to get discouraged. Why is Texas so slow?!!!

update i just called them and they still haven't got the information from USCIS

i went thru them as well and mines from 4/3-9/26 it wasnt that bad of a wait

But you also sent the k3 application right? Because Texas is processing May I 129 forms most of them with NOA1 from April

congrats everyone who getting Approvals , sad enough Nebraska is still working on January Cases while all Centers have started working on April 

my PD is April 3rd,  at Nebraska Center

Odd enough I was able to submit case out of normal processing time Inquiry, few days ago, although I don't think its gonna do anything , I probably won't even get any response or if any then just generic one , we are working on your case or you are in normal time etc.  but let's see 

 

I am hoping i get approval before end of the year lol considering how next phase takes between 3-5 months

Oh sorry I though that Cause I saw in profile in the part of the Inmigration info you put K3 Visa so I though you also sent the I 129 Form.

Hello ,

I filed I-130 for my wife on March 1, 2017 as F2A. Then upgraded my petition to IR1 on 10/01/2017. It is processing at California Service Center. Does any have an idea as to how much time this might take or what dates is CSC processing right now?

 

The USCIS website does not have processing times listed for I-130 filed for a spouse of a citizen.

Mine was approved 9/26, case sent to NVC on 10/6. Hoping to hear from them this week..
