Called tier 2 officer. Said my,case is still being worked on and it,usually takes 6 months.

 

So I guess,they haven't touched mine yet....

Yea..u would be able to talk to a representative and ask the person to transfer ur call to tier 2 officer. They are very nice and helpful.

It's a form asking basic questions about the beneficiary. It's 6 pages long.

I've never heard of this either, sorry you got this, but at least you got it pretty quickly. Did you send his birth certificate or copy of passport? I know it's not required but just wondering. Don't stress, just get it back to them asap so you can move on!

I guess I got it because of the I-130 was out dated I'm not too sure. But I'll be meeting with my attorney on Saturday to get that I-130A filled out and mailed out ASAP.
