Since mine was april 3rd as well I checked my mail....still nothing. I moved recently and i put in address change with the uscis but I kept my actual mailing address the same so it should get sent to the same place (which was my parent's house) I'm checking both boxes just in case. Hopefully I will hear something this week.

Also, when you get to a level 2 officer is there a way to get them to check your case more thoroughly other then just what the first people say? (the processing dates we can all find online)

Wow we are PD twins!  Yes continue to check both mailboxes everyday.  Your approval should be there any day now.  I'm not sure how that works cause I never spoke with a Tier 2 officer.

After the Noa2 is approved how many more weeks until the NCV letter is received?

Approximately 2 weeks but if you haven't heard anything from them after 30 days you should contact them.   Pink_waters and Ina_bars are very knowledgeable in this matter

I'm so anxious now. People are already starting to get approved the wait is nerve wrecking.

I'm so nervous I feel like I've been skipped over or they are taking more time with mine because something is wrong. Is it normal for dates ahead of you to get approved? When should I start getting worried?

Sorry this is me for some reason it signed in with my facebook

It's totally normal for them to process dates out of order. It seems Texas is still doing some January & February petitions...but also a lot of March. It's frustrating that there seems to be no real rhyme or reason. But I would call once you hit the 6 month mark & ask to speak to a tier 2 supervisor.
