I've been referring to the US department of state website. Here's a link to the next stage after approval of the petition:

Hi everyone!

My case is also in Nebraska Visa Center and we recieve NOA 1 - 17 April 2017.

So still not even 5 month. As I read on VJ now it is 8-9 month for NOA - 2 in hell Nebraska

Already miss my husband and so so so long time waiting  :-(

Since mine was april 3rd as well I checked my mail....still nothing. I moved recently and i put in address change with the uscis but I kept my actual mailing address the same so it should get sent to the same place (which was my parent's house) I'm checking both boxes just in case. Hopefully I will hear something this week.

Also, when you get to a level 2 officer is there a way to get them to check your case more thoroughly other then just what the first people say? (the processing dates we can all find online)

Yes have him check the mail everyday!  I was expecting an update for my NOA2 approval online but received the letter in the mail instead.
