Hello everyone I just came here to ask few questions if there is anybody out there like me.. I filled I-130 for my wife and my priority date is October 25, 2016. And still waiting for the approval. It's in Nebraska service center.  5 months has passed...  anyone get approved who filled same time like me??  How long does it normally take for them to approve my petition? Nebraska is slow I think compared to other states.

Hello! my PD is 10/27/2016, so pretty close to you. My file was sent to Nebraska and we are still waiting. You should join the thread for October I-130 filers, but I haven't seen anyone get approved yet. Based on other threads and the timelines Nebraska is working on the end of September, so for us late October filers i'm hopeful for the end of April or beginning of May!
