My wife wasn't asked for any additional paperwork concerning the biological father. My stepson is 12 and the father isn't listed on the birth certificate. My wife told me they asked my stepson on one question at the interview. They asked him what state he would be living in.

This was the embassy in Manila.

He is listed in there birth certificate ,, but he has never seen his daughter ,, but I checked with my imagration lawyer and showed here court papers from Mexico and she said we where fine but once she comes to the states to do adoption then down road would never be any problems ,, thank you for your replie

Guys

interview is in about a week. Do they need updated  original financial documents ? Or should I go with photocopies of updated financial documents?
