WOW !! Congratulations to you both and good luck . My CC is March 30. I am praying to hear something soon.

 

I called again and spoke to a very nice rep who said they are scheduling TODAY. They just started scheduling this afternoon and to call later to check.

I am praying most of us do get scheduled

I'm really sorry that happend . I really do ! I hope you and your son stay strong and have a speedy interview.BTW , did you attach and send your son's medical evidences with the request? I have seen a couple of cases getting approved upon their second expedite request (i.e after getting denied the first time). It won't hurt if you try again. 

Yes, we did attach the medical document we received in the hospital, it says that the baby needs a surgery within 1-2 months.... Also our son was born in the USA, so technically he is a US citizen... Thank you very much for your advice, we will try to do that.

Yes I just called. CC was April 4. We have the interview in Juarez the end of May but husband doesn't want me giving the exact date out sorry. So hurry and call they are probably scheduling yours. Your was in mexico right?

 OK everyone ,,  I want to thank everybody for their post it has helped with the stress of all of this we all know how much of a burden financially and missing a person ,,, I JUST GOT MY INTERVIEW 2  minutes ago ,,  I am beyond excited  ,,  i'm not going to give date of the interview but it is at the end of the May ,,  my case was  case was done on March 31 ,, wow this is  unbelievable I for sure thought I would not hear nothing till the end of the month ,,,  The lady I talked to was super nice she was excited for me she said it's been a while since she was able to get somebody good news  ,,  I said well I've been getting conflicting reports ,,  she said she was sorry for that that they definitely still schedule up until about the middle of the month  ,,  so there is hope for all I have enjoyed reading everybody's post my feelings go out for you for those the ones are still waiting and I hope soon everyone will hear good news

Hang in there, so sorry your family is going through all this. Pray you get a date soon and are able to get your son the surgery he needs in the US
