So it seems like no one has reported getting interview date scheduled this week. Similar situation happened in February and March. Little me did some investigation  and found out they scheduled the interviews for a couple days ( end of the previous month ) and then there was no interviews scheduled for several days.

On thread of MARCH people reported on March 13th they scheduled A LOT including my cousin who had CC March 7th. I saw posts from people with CC on 03/01 , 03/03 and 03/06 also had interviews scheduled  on March 13th .

Seems like in February thread similar situation happened and on February 17th many were scheduled for interviews.

I don’t know why they do this ? I just don’t understand. I am hoping we hear something this week but, probably looking at the last two months stats , It will be most likely next week. Hoping I am wrong and we get scheduled today or tomorrow. What I know is if one of us get scheduled most likely many of us are scheduled too. So keep each other updated.

@Ahmed & Amy do you remember when did they stop scheduling April interviews last  month?

Hoping to get it this week, :) or early next week :)

I have a question, when I went to Us Embassy in Philippines website, there is a page there where I can schedule an interview. Is that fir CR1? has anybody done this?

Thank you!

Forif am not mistaken, cr1 interview dates will assigned by NVC and you will be emailed and, it's better to call manila embassy to inquire :) -

The finished during the week of March 20-24. I remember calling them and they said they had stopped scheduling April interview and for me to call back during the first week of April, to be scheduled for May interviews.

I called NVC tonight, the rep was super nice. She explained that sometimes embassies do not have many slots during some months and other times they have more. She said this all depends on the availability of the CO, as they have other diplomatic duties that can cause the embassy to not schedule little amount of dates or at all. She also explained that not all embassies send in their available slots at the same time, which is why we find some people getting interviews quicker than others.

I am hopeful that all of us who are waiting to be scheduled will be scheduled soon. The rep confirmed that they are scheduling interviews for May and have not finished yet.

I think I will do the same just for reassurance like you said. As far as the interview letter does the petitioner receive it or does it go to the applicant?

It went to my email (the petitioner) and our lawyer... Whichever email receives notifications from NVC I think! Good idea about making medical appointment all you have to do is call and make the appointment once you get your interview letter :)

Hi, I got my case completed March 27th and received an email from them like 5-7 days later. But you can call in daily to see if your interview has been scheduled. I called two days after my case complete and I was told my interview had also been scheduled. Mine is May 16 at Ciudad Juárez as well. Good luck! Hope yours gets scheduled soon too!
