Hey guys !

Im getting really worried about our k1 visa application.

They received our application on December 16th 2017, and we don't have our NOA2 yet. According to VJ time lines, people after our date have had theirs. We called uscis to enquire but all they can say is that they're doing October.

What do you guys think?

We're in the same boat :( They received ours by Dec 5th, and still nothing. Our application was HUGE, and I'm wondering if that was part of the problem.

I've called the hotline a few times and they are just telling us it's not out of range for the processing times, yet, so there's not much more any of us can do but sit and wait.

I'm sure yours (and hopefully ours, too) will come soon! Just a waiting game :/

There are many late November and early-mid December filers still waiting on NOA2. I think at the current rate they are processing petitions, the December filers will hopefully be cleared out by mid-May. USCIS picks petitions seemingly at random, so you could get NOA2 today or a few weeks from now, its just a test of patience now. :clock:

Oh no that really sucks ! I really hope we both get it soon! Although it is somewhat reassuring that it's not just me.

It's so hard to just sit and wait and not be able to do anything.

I've only been sitting waiting 24 days since NOA1 😂 It's killing me lol 😂
