How many women can a man bring to the US using various types of visas?

I know, this question might sound weird, but let's suppose the following.
The limit on filing I-129F (same form for K-1 and K-3 if you didn't know) is two per lifetime (let's not talk about waivers here). So a man is out of options. So, what is next? CR-1 and IR-1? (CR-1 if issued prior to the second anniversary of the marriage; IR-1 if issued afterwards). Okay. But how many times can a man take advantage of CR-1 and IR-1 per lifetime going forward having exhausted his two K-1 and K-3 options?

I've spent literally hours researching this subject to no avail. It seems there is no limit on CR-1 and IR-1 since nobody is talking about any limits that seem only applicable to K-1 and K-3... So, is it up to the USCIS at that point? Meaning: they can stop issuing CR-1 and IR-1 for such a man or what is the layout from there?

I don't know the answer for your question. But filling whole bunch of spouse visas after already filling 2 - 3 fiance visas... Will raise suspicion and each next process is going to be more difficult. And I'm sorry but the way you titled this post and how you described the issues immediately made me think of women trafficking. Just think: if people here on forum will have that impression, uscis will probably think so also.

There may be no written limit for you to find. But you could definitely be denied under suspicion of marriage fraud. Even if you file waivers you can still be denied.

If nothing else it makes me wonder what's wrong with the women in your local area? Or American women in general? Multiple marriages (aside from immigration issues) would suggest you are rushing into marriage or have problems maintaining a successful relationship - it requires a lot of work. Sounds like you give up too easily.  We all make mistakes. I'm on my second marriage because I chose the wrong one the first time around. But when we are talking about 5 or more marriages it would suggest some deeper issues. Or you have been very unlucky.

Intetesting that you say you are "out of options" after 2 K-1s. Not really - there is no visa needed to marry an American woman or someone who is already resident here. There are plenty of them too.  You have millions of options here.

Do you understand the waiver for multiple K1's is a simple one sentence request and not a big deal waiver ordeal ?

Limit of multiple spousal visas is up to the discretion of an adjudicating IO as far as I know.

You can simply consult an attorney for this question to be 100% sure.

Curious as to why the question.

Reply of the original poster:  no, the question is not about "visa factory" at all.

The problem is: lots of times women want to come to the US much more than to keep the relationship and stay in the marriage to begin with. What I observe is lots of marriages fall apart after a green card issued. In my opinion the minimum length of marriage duration should be extended to 5 years minimum in case if an alien spouse wants a divorce (two years or less that we have currently is just a BIG JOKE). That's what I would call working on a relationship: 5 years.

And yes, I think 2 - 3 chances per lifetime max to marry a woman (3 strikes and you're out) is not enough. During a lifetime you want to find a woman you can be married to forever. But lots of times a woman wants to marry the country, not necessarily you. And you don't know exactly until it's too late. It's hard to solve this particular issue. Even if you spend a substantial amount of time with the woman before bringing her to the US. It is not a guarantee.

That is why the question.

If I'd be making laws, I'd make a 5/5 law: an alien spouse has to be in the marriage for 5 years or she's out (to lower the possibility of marrying the country as much as possible) and 5 chances during lifetime for a man to find a woman for life.

As far as the question what's wrong with local women, no offence but the good ones are all taken for the most part (and are working on their marriages), a lot of crazy / drama / overweight / what have you  are left. But it is not even the biggest issue. The real issue is: lots are not even women anymore (look at Hillary, is she really a woman?):  lots are men on the inside, but just look like women (poor Bill: look at him now!). Women from Russia / Ukraine and many other places in the world are not yet like that. Yes, "not yet". But it is changing there too. Feminism erected on a pedestal, glorified and culturally forced to be propagated is a problem for many countries. And especially for US men. I know the difference. I was not born and raised in this country, yes I do know the difference. But many are blind and telling them what they do not want to see is a waste of time. More than that: in our times it is dangerous (discussing the subject of political correctness is off-topic)
