The question asks for a "USCIS online account number (if any)". Maybe you don't have one. Have you read the instructions? The number pertains to previous petitions or applications. Go back through your paperwork for your visa that got you here and see if you have one. It's possible you never had one if you have never used any online services for USCIS.

Always read the instructions for such forms.

I got my Green card immediately in the airport , never apply for it....they gave to me on an envelop and no USCIS .

THERE ARE TWO NUMBERS ONE  RECEIPT #,,,,,,,,, AND THE OTHER IS CARD #........

but at the bottom of the paper under" Help USCIS Service You Better" says : We recommend you keep this notice is safe place for your future reference. It shows your USCIS" A" or  "N" number, which is your USCIS account and file number, and it also has other important information.
