Still celebrating. Woohoo! Journey completed. You can color my timeline in red. Ceremony lasted 45 mins, we were only 40 new citizens and everything went soooo smooth. Thank you guys, from the bottom

@Hagrid @Angel19 I am a SF filer.  Send N-400 on 2/28/17 and have Oath on 11/9/17, that’s 254 days. I think you are still well within normal processing times.  Just be patient, your day will come.

For those who recently filed, did you sent the 09/15/14 edition of G-1145 with the application? Mine got rejected and sent back for using an expired version of the form even though the USCIS website clearly states to continue to use the expired form till the new form is published. I don't know what to do next.

I looked at the form G-1145 I submitted and it would seem that yours wasn't the most recent edition mine was dated: 09/30/2016 (still expired but more recent than the one you used). That may have been the reason? Download the form and re-send maybe? Attach a cover letter asking them to please accept this addition.

I sent the same form you are referring. The 9/30/16 is the expiry date. I was thinking of not sending the form at all. Can you add the N-400 case to the USICS account for "mycases" to get updates through there?

I almost sent in the old N-400 as they have the same expiry dates but not the same issued dates. I was trying to be super efficient and filled it in after I got my roc approval in November. 

K-1 Met:2002 Dating :2003 I-129F Sent : 2013-06-01 I-129F NOA2 : 2013-08-20 Medical: 2013-12-20 Interview Date : 2014-01-22 POE: 2014-02-19 Wedding: 2014-03-18

Based on what I read on March 2017 filers they didnt received the txt/email notification until they got the NOA which is 5-10 days after cash out I guess..  Some didnt get it at all. I am anxiously waiting for that txt and email too.. 😩

03/05/2018- USCIS received petition PRIORITY DATE

03/08/2018- NOA1

08/31/2018- USCIS Approved Petition

09/03/2018- NOA2

09/10/2018- Case sent to NVC

09/18/2018- NVC received case

10/12/2018- received email from NVC with the case # ( CEAC processing )

10/16/2018- Paid Fees AOS and Visa Fee

10/19/2018- Submitted Documents. Civil Documents/AOS and completed DS260

10/30/2018- received email from NVC. checked my CEAC acct rejected AOS, Police Clearance and Birth Certificate

Reason: some part is cut off and not clear. Resubmitted the same day.

11/08/2018- Received an email from NVC that all the required documents are approved. Its documentarily qualified and they will schedule the interview.

11/19/2018- Received an email that interview is scheduled for December 17

11/22/2018- First day medical

11/23/2018- Second day medical saw abnormality on the xray need to go back for sputum culture.

1/31/2019-Back to St.Lukes. Medical approved. Scheduled Interview 

2/08/2019-INTERVIEW PASSED

2/13/2019-Visa Issued Status

sent my package on 3/6, received by them on 3/8, cashed 3/13, text message and email  3/14.

  • 07/30/2007 After no touches and no other signs we just got an email with the APPROVAL of I130....Thank God !....now what ?

  • 08/13/2007 DS3032 and AOS bill were generated

  • 08/14/2007 Emailed choice of agent ...i'm so curious when they will accept it...hopefully soon

Its been a week now since I filed. I opted to pay by credit card but still nothing has been charged to my card. Anyone else use this method of payment?

I mailed my application on 4/1. It was received on 4/4 and my credit card was charged on 4/5.
