Hello,
I was born in Port au Prince, Haiti.
I would like to get a copy of birth certificate from Haiti but the problem is, my adopted parents changed my name so I don't know my real name and they stole me from the hospital when I was born.
 I was born on May 24,1992. I don't know if anybody can help me with my situation but I just want to find my birth parents but I cant because I don't have no documents to do that.

Hello Bellajess,  I'm pretty sure if u go to the national of extra de shife in pap you'd be able to get some info...... also with family members may have an idea,......

 

i was able to get mine done last year , good luck
