Hello group i have one problem I submit all documents last month and i dont have any news i call them and they said we take your document and in my check status nothing change sorry for my bad English thanks.

 i have a suggestion, please delete the photo,if you will be attaching a photo or screenshot, cover or hide your case number. 

 

It seems you sent your documents end of february, most likely you need to wait 11 weeks, (hoping  there wont be any longer adjustments) if ever looking at the 11 weeks, you are most likely to have case completed on second week of May,

 

while waiting, you may call them from time to time, and at the same time, read threads for preparations for the medical and interview  good luck and hoping you'd get your CC sooner  than expected

As the others have said, it's an 11 week wait for them to give case complete from when they receive and scan your documents in (usually a few days after you send them).  I believe you may be asking why the message on the screen hasn't changed.  That will remain with "submit required documents" until they have checked through your package you sent, and confirmed its all there, to send it to the embassy. This is what they do within those 11 weeks so it won't change until they tell you case complete.  When its case complete that message will change to "AT NVC". 

Have you also filled out the DS-260 online?  The "Scan date" you will see people refer to on these forums is the date that either your documents were received and scanned, or the date your DS-260 was completed online, whichever is later.  This is when the 11 week countdown starts from.

Who knows what happened with nvc my case still same i call them and they said me we take your document ? I send documents last month

NVC has a waiting time of 11 weeks.

it will say this until you get case complete (the 11 week turnaround time) then it changes to "at NVC" while they prepare your file to go to the consulate
