I have two cashiers check on e for My husband and one for his daughter. that is what I read just in case one has an issue.

Op to you just hope nothing is wrong with one of them only then the K-2's AOS fee can go up.

Just to add, I sent 6x passport photos with my AOS, which was to support the following, with 2x photos per form...

(a) I-485 application for alien relative to adjust to permanent resident status with G-325A biographic information

(b) I-765 application for employment authorization

(c) I-131 application for advanced parole travel

Yep so did I :)

OP:

No you do not need to send any other proof of marriage other then the Marriage certificate.

Also make sure to send the amount in one check. That way if something is wrong with one of the applications they will return both of them.

Why did you send 6 pictures?

I only sent 2 passport style pictures...I am going crazy right now. Please don't tell me I had to send 6 pictures instead of 2...

Because you submit 2 with the G-325A. But in the instructions for the EAD and AP it also says that you must submit 2 pictures.

Maybe you'll be fine no reason to panic :)

I just read the instructions.

Great...I only submitted two for the I-485.

I just want this day to be over...I could have sent the pictures together with my documents for the I-864. :(:o

When I have my biometrics appointment they will take pictures. What are those for?

As identification. Also it can happen that they use that picture in case the bio goes wrong or they don't get the bio in time.

You can't send stuff without them asking for it. So relax and do nothing maybe you'll be fine and otherwise they will request them.

But that would put my EAD on hold...

Okay, I will wait and see what happens. As of right now I don't have a status update saying that they sent me an RFE for anything.

I only sent the two passport photos for my Green Card as it was stated on the AOS checklist for K1 visa holders.

Nexr time I should read the instructions for I-765 and I-131 completely. 🙈Silly me 😂
