As Ben&Zian said, you can do nothing but wait and wait for the petition to be returned which usually takes 6 months to be returned and 2 months to transfer from NVC to USCIS and the another 6 months and above fort he USCIS to review it and reaffirm without asking for evidence or request for evidence from you to rebutt the allegations the embassy made in you. I can only ask you to take heart and don't give up for it will be well.

DOES it really take 2 months for nvc to transfer case back to uscis maybe that's why I was told by nvc that my case was undergoing administrative processing.

It can be at NVC however long they take. The longest time is at embassy and when NVC sends to USCIS.
If your petition was returned that's not AP. That's a denial and your status of course will say Admin. Processing. So if its at NVC its being returned for revocation.

No that's not what im asking I  didn't make myself clear what I meant was when I called the nvc they told me that my case was undergoing administrative processing and that when they were done they would contact me with the next step I was surprised they told me that because I wonder what kind of AP would they  be doing I thought they would just send it to uscis once they received it back from embassy

They review it and enter the notes into the database. Example if refusal was on suspicion of fraud, they enter that into their database.

So that could take 2 to however months.

ours got to NVC January 26 and was received by USCIS on March 7th
