We are completing the AOS forms and I have a question about the Affidavit of Support. I'm a last minute tax filer and haven't done my taxes for the 2016 Tax Year. Will this cause a red flag? I have information for tax years ending 15, 14, and 13.

If you still haven't filed your 2016 taxes. Best to include the 1040 along with the corresponding W-2.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

We sent the tax return from 2015. I hope we don't get an RFE because I have forgotten to attach a letter from my husband's employer and some of his pay stubs.:unsure:

ROC Timeline

08/16/19: sent I-751 packet to USCIS Lockbox in Dallas

08/19/19: packet received by USCIS

08/21/19: received text message with case number ( Texas Service Center)

08/23/19: check got chashed

08/26/19: received extension letter in the mail

11/14/19: Biometrics appointment

04/28/20: case got transferred to my local field office in Atlanta

05/28/20: New Card Is Being Produced

05/29/20: New Card Got Approved

06/02/20: We Mailed Your New Card

06/03/20: The Post Office Picked Up Your New Card

06/04/20: Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office

@Becci391 Get a letter from your husband's employer now and his pay stubs ready just in case of RFE. That way you can send them in as soon as possible if you do get a RFE :) Don't worry.

I have the letter and the pay stubs here. I somehow have forgotten to include them together with the I-864. I am so mad at myself :-D

Don't be mad. I am sure it will be just fine. It will only be a problem if you can't furnish the additional evidence if requested.
