Hello folks - long time no see!

I'm dealing with my first ever taxes here in the US. What's the easiest way to find the interest you made from savings accounts back in the UK? I understand I need to report this as part of my 2016 income. (Basically my only 2016 income, since I spent most of that year waiting for my employment authorisation!)

 

Any help greatly appreciated.

Can you see your bank statements online?

Can you find an email address and contact the bank?

Can you ring them on the phone?

 

You can report the information on your tax return without having a paper document.
