In order for the raid to go down, there must be a court order first. Otherwise the police can raid all they want, and none of the evidence they produce will be admissible in court. In this case, the mayor would not tip them off, because he would not get in the way of a criminal investigation. 

 

Some aliens are criminals. Not all are illegals, although I am yet to meet an illegal person, alien, Martian, or otherwise. Not all are criminals. Correlation doesn't always imply causation.

Actually it is a federal crime punishable by up to 5 years in prison to give aid to illegal aliens. I am sure it is a violation of other laws to knowingly compromise law enforcement operations. Like yelling fire in a crowded theatre is not covered under the first amendment this is also not covered under the first amendment.

You bring up an interesting opportunity to clarify a misunderstanding that comes with the first amendment. There are three types of free speech: protected, partially protected, and non-protected. Yelling "FIRE!" in a crowded theater is not protected if there is no fire. In this case, a Facebook post falls in the other two categories. So, she was well within her first amendment rights.

Constitutional cities..  ignores the Constitution that delegates power of immigration to the federal government (ie President) and not cities.

The Oval is only 1/3 of the federal government, and when it comes to immigration Trump's record is not exactly a grand-slam. 

 

How can the city of Seattle uphold the constitution if the powers of immigration are reserved to the federal government? Should cities not regulate interstate commerce as well? LOL. Your argument is all over the place.

I'm a big Constitution guy.. which all the states are signatories to. 

 

Even if one likes illegal immigrants the fact that dangerous criminals are being released back into these jurisdictions in contravention to law should concern anyone.
