hi kath58

you could make an info pass to see how your AOS application is going ...fingers crossed for you that your AOS will be coming up in this month ..its coming up to your six month mark where you can request it to be looked into...

the other is to apply for a travel document ...the link is below

Application for Travel Document Form

dont know how long it will take to get but you could do a search on the AP timelines..

good luck

kath

p.s. i just looked at your timeline..have you applied for the AOS the only reason I ask is that you havent filled in your Adjustment of Status timeline just your EAD..??

Until you are approved and have either the green card or the stamp in your passport you will need to file for Advanced Parole (AP). It can take 90 days to get the document.

I would recommend filing now and getting help from Senators and you congressional rep to hale expedite the process.

We e-filed for the document and had no problems, there are people that say never to e-file. Again, we had no problems with it.
