On the 8th of march they received the mail package for Bgh. As tracking #said so. After 2 weeks called to make sure everything is okay. Monika said No No. u need to do email. Send and email on the 17 th (in all NVC rules for email package)) called on 18th to make sure they got it. Answered Yes. We got it BUT. We can't open it rescan and send send it again on 18th. Received an email on Monday 21 saying yes we have received it we can't open the birth certificate and police certificate. Resend. And I sent it and and I called after a day and they said we got it it going to be reviewed and will let u know. But it's taking up to 11 weeks for review. (( may 14. )). Said okay. Today I get an email   Checklist  For birth certificate and police certificate. ( that I have sent more than 3 time ) called spok with Monika same person. She is the best even though I  yelled at her. She said after she spoke with Karial the supervisor. It's not in there. Please resend it. 

At least I didn't get this list in may. But my case should have been completed ✅ TODAY.
