Should I mention while having my F1 visa interview, that I have a boyfriend in the U.S. and that I will be living with him?

If they ask then yes definately should be honest.

I can't say one way or the other.

 

An F-1 visa is ment to go study and then return home after wards.

 

So could it lead to a denial? Sure.,... or it may have no affect at all.

 

The key thing is always be honest and upfront or it could come back to negatively affect you later if caught lying.

I wouldn't bring it up unless asked about it. It may have an impact as F1 is a non-immigrant visa and having a boyfriend in the US is a tie to stay or immigrant to the US. That said, it's certainly not unheard of to have a significant other while in school.

@geowrian thank you for your help. Is this question usually asked in the interview anyway? Plus, my sister loves there as well (I met my boyfriend at her wedding). Would this also be a problem? I am really concerned about this :/!

It can be. It's not unusual for the CO to ask where you're going to live. Your sister living there probably won't be an issue...adjusting status as a sibling isn't a thing so it's not an immigrant intent issue.
