Did you reapply ? And what was different the second time and did it go faster?

I never got a noir as yet so I wonder why we had the security checks first . Is there a order that they do the checks before the noir or after they finish reviewing the case?

You know we got the noir before at the Uscis level in the beginning then got the return for same reason so may be that's why we haven't got it again this time. Just waiting for security stuff to process.

SO is this your first or second CR-1 (or IR-1)

or the same case has been returned to USCIS twice?

My friends doing that, can't you do in just 6 months tho

You can file after residence for 6 months but I suppose the process should take 1 year. if you are going to live in Ghana then you might as well stay for the enitre process.
