My wife and I become friends since 15 August 2015 and got married 25 of January 2016.

I am going to guess this is why you were denied. As others have stated Ghana is a high fraud country, which means you basically need perfect evidence and a perfect interview to be approved. Getting married on the very first visit after only 5 months of knowing each other isn't going to work at this all embassy. There are many people who have been denied on the site for getting married in Ghana on the first trip.

May I ask how long was that first visit? And how long were the other trips?

At this point there isn't much you can do other than wait for things to play out which will take 12-18 months. Your wife could contact her local Senator or Congressman and have them put in a request for why you were denied, but you'll probably get a generic response.

Marriage on the first visit never bodes well

Well she has three kids moving to me would not be possible because she taking care of then and her step husband would not allow her to move with the kids with me.

Good that there is somebody willing and able to look after the children.

The her first visit was 25th January 2016, second was 20th April 2016 and third visit was 17th November 2016.

how long were the trips. there is a big difference between a long weekend trip and a month long trip.

since there are children involved, have they met you and do they approve of the relationship? the IO is not just there to protect the petitionER from being deceived but also to protect the children from harm.

Have to agree. Like several of us stated, the quick marriage after 5-6 months and on the first trip, then her having children already... these all can play factors into the over all out come of the denial.

As Ben&Zian said, you can do nothing but wait and wait for the petition to be returned which usually takes 6 months to be returned and 2 months to transfer from NVC to USCIS and the another 6 months and above fort he USCIS to review it and reaffirm without asking for evidence or request for evidence from you to rebutt the allegations the embassy made in you. I can only ask you to take heart and don't give up for it will be well.
