I am filing for my husband AOS after k1 and K2 visa. I dont see where the k2 needs a I485. Because that form ask the K1 to list children and check if they are applying. he check yes for the one child that is already in the states with him. Do I just make copies of his I 485 and add to her paperwork. lost. Please

ok, but she doesn't have any kids the questions are mostly gonna be none she is 5

The kid is adjusting her status that's why she needs her own.

On the form it ask for applying with kids, parents and so on because then they can keep the applications together doing the whole process
