Hey guys, I am filling the adjustment after a k1 visa. My fiance made,  last year, 21000 and currently he makes 25000 in the same company. Although is over the poverty line, we are worried because some people said that it's necessary to prove the USCIS two or three years of the same income. In 2016 and in 2017 we are over the poverty line, but not in 2015 or in 2014 because he had a part time job. Any idea or suggestions? Finding a Cosponsor is hard, that's why we are asking.

Thanks very much

You should be fine, it is current and ongoing income that counts the most.
