 i have a problem when I'm filing a new i-130 form. what is class of admission and what is place of admission?

in my mom's green card her category is IR1 is that her class of admission, do i have to type all that she entered the US at O'hare airport in CHicago DO I have to provie all that informations, and what is cbp???????

If you are referring to part 2 question 40a: you put what visa was used to enter the united states. (example: B1, B2, IR1)

 

40b would be the point of entry, what airport did they come into where customs and border patrol admitted them, reviewed their documents and admitted them.

 

you do not need the name of the officer just the name of the airport.
