05/12/2016 -- I-129F mailed to Lewisville, TX
05/19/2016 -- NOA1 email and text, case routed to California Center (WAC) ==== NOA1 Date 05/18/2016
07/20/2016 -- NOA2 email from USCIS case Status and USCIS App ===== Case approved in 63 Days
08/03/2016 -- NVC Case # and Invoice ID Assigned
08/15/2016 -- Packet 3 Received (email)

09/19/2016 -- Finally the embassy open interview date after long wait ... 35 Days (interview scheduled for Oct 10)

10/05/2016 -- Medical done. but no sealed envelope given.

10/10/2016 -- Interview day 1 ( pay the fee, deliver paperwork, finger printed ... and told to comeback tomorrow to be interviewed by a CO )

10/11/2016 -- Interview day 2 ( AP with g221 for missing medical )

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Now what do I put where it says " in what status did you last entered?  Like I said he entered on a k1 visa.   Is that what I'm supposed to writhe on there?

Form 485 under a k1 visa.  Part B. It asks to list the spouse (me) I am the petitioner.  Then it's asking " applying with you?  Is that yes or no.  I marked no but I am confused.

No. Only the immigrant(s) are applying.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

I am sending the adjustment of status package along with the I864.   This is for a K-1 visa.  I read somewhere that the I-193 is not requieres if his medical was done less than a year ago which is our case.  His medical was back in September.  Do I not sumit it? Do I still include a compy of his vaccination?  thanks!

You should just have to submit the DS-2305(?? sorry can't rmember the number right now), that shows they received all the required vaccinations. 

 

As long as within one year, that is all you should need to submit.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

 

02/03/2017 - Married 

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

It's the ds3025 and if it was marked complete there should be no need to go for a i693
