Hi, I'm filing out the adjustment of status form and it's asking me for Informarion on the I-194 and also it says that I must submit a copy of the form with my adjuatment of Satus package, but I don't have that form.  The officer at port of entry only gave my Fiancé (now husband) a stamp on the passport.  What can I do? Thanks.

Yes everything together. Just write out one check for both AOS and bio.

Hi ; to be more accurate it is form I-94. You can get that online here : https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/recent-search

chose most recent I-94 from the menu, fill in the required info and you should be able to print that form. 

You can add copy of the entry stamp on the passport with your package.

05/12/2016 -- I-129F mailed to Lewisville, TX
05/19/2016 -- NOA1 email and text, case routed to California Center (WAC) ==== NOA1 Date 05/18/2016
07/20/2016 -- NOA2 email from USCIS case Status and USCIS App ===== Case approved in 63 Days
08/03/2016 -- NVC Case # and Invoice ID Assigned
08/15/2016 -- Packet 3 Received (email)

09/19/2016 -- Finally the embassy open interview date after long wait ... 35 Days (interview scheduled for Oct 10)

10/05/2016 -- Medical done. but no sealed envelope given.

10/10/2016 -- Interview day 1 ( pay the fee, deliver paperwork, finger printed ... and told to comeback tomorrow to be interviewed by a CO )

Hi, I'm filing out the AOS and I have a few questions.          Do I summit payment for the biometrics in the same envelope of the AOS or do I wait until they contact me?  Do I include the affidavit of support form I-864 on the same envelope as well?  Please help.

AP is Advance Parole which is the Travel permit, the document that allows you to travel for a short time though... and re-enter the USA while you're waiting your Green Card.

Part 3 of the 485 form where it asks " where you inspected by an immigration officer I marked yes". Then it asks for the visa number. Is that the control number on the passport? I just can't see where it says visa number

Do you have a number printed in red on your visa?

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.
