How do you email the Embassy? (London)

On this forum and others, people have mentioned that they've emailed the Embassy if things happened to be taking longer than expected.

However, I've looked on the official website and I can't see any email addresses whatsoever! (We're on the K-1 visa track.)

So... how do you email the embassy if you have a question, at least to avoid making the extortionate phone calls?

just send an email to LondonConsular@state.gov

and state your details (case number (LND.....), name, addres etc etc)

and email regularly!

I must add that having emailed them a few times already with various queries (lol) that they are pretty good about responding. So far I havent had to wait more than 3 days (not including a weekend) for a reply - altho this was 'sans case number' as they were just general enquiries.

Nigel sent an email March 16 and just got something back today so that took 4 business days. That's a lot better than I was expecting.
