How long does it take to get RFE letter in the mail? We got RFE September 21,2017 and we still waiting.

2016 you mean? If so, I would contact someone pretty quickly because honestly if it's been this long your petition may be considered abandoned because you did not respond within the allotted time the RFE gives.

Do you mean September 2016 ??

Mine took 4 days coming from the National Benefits Center ( I live in NYC ) ?

RFE hard copy should be a few days to a couple weeks. Did you mean March 21, 2017?

 

September of last year Hillary was still getting ready to measure the drapes in the oval office.

My pd is September 16,2916 got transferred February 9,2017

 

We have a lawyer.

On USCIS it said On March 15, 2017, the Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number LIN***********, because they could not deliver it. 

This could have a serious effect on your case. 

 

 

I was at Nebraska and got transferred February 9 and today I got this.

I am thinking they mail something and they could've delivered it?

My husband did called also have them send the letter again.  Then they said on the USCIS "Thank you for your request USCIS  will review and process YOUR Request expect an response by April 7,2016

My husband called today to see if tier 2 will be able to tell him what RFE they need so we can try get them together and by the time we get the letter we can just send it,

I am trying to finger how how long will it take to get the letter because I know when we just got our AOS1 it took us almost a month to get the letter.

Am trying to finger how if we have to wait that asking again.

I would strongly urge you to try and get in contact with a Tier 2 representative ASAP. It sounds like USCIS has tried to mail you an RFE letter and for whatever reason it got returned to them. This would indicate an error in the address they have on file with you or some other bizarre mistake. You need to call them and CONFIRM the address on file with them. You need to do this quickly. Most RFE have a deadline by which if you don't respond your application is discarded. Call them and try to figure out why the letter has not arrived.

My husband did called before March 21 to give them the correct . Then they say in the site that the RFE was mail.

 

 

my husband called my lawyer today to find out if they got the letter and they said no jot as yet
