Good day everyone,

 

... 285 days at USCIS

.... 86 days since USCIS receive my RFE response.

 

Still no response from USCIS.

 

My PD: 4/7/2017 

I-130 for my step daughter

 

4/6 - I-130 sent USPS

4/7- I-130 received at Chicago Lockbox

4/12 - Money order cashed

4/13 - Notice of acceptance (Text/ email) - Case assigned to TEXAS

4/18 - Notice of acceptance (regular mail USPS)

10/4- RFE - for intial evidence notice online

10/19/2017 RFE notice received

10/20/17 - RFE response sent

10/21/2017 - RFE delivered to USCIS address

10/23/2017 - USCIS system updated " Response to USCIS request for evidence was received

1/22/2018 - Approved (Tier2 informed me by phone)

2/8/2018 - Case Sent to NVC

2/21/2018 - NVC received case 

3/30/2018 - Case & Invoice number over the phone

3/30/2018 - DS-261 completed

4/2/2018 - Welcome letter by email

4/3/2018 -  Paid $120 & $325

4/10/2018 - Sent IV & AOS documents

4/11/2018 -  Post office delivered documents to NVC

4/11/2018 - Completed DS260

4/23/2018 -  Case Completed

Expect your approval in april or may... and about 4 more months for nvc/interview process.

your visa journey should be ending around september 2018.

October 2017 filer should be rounding up with their immigrant visa in 2019 unless Texas Service Centre clears all their backlog in time

So happy.

My husband spent the holidays with me and just got back to US today. The approval notice welcomed him.

Noa1 2nd June 2017

Noa2 2nd January 2018

SRC

K3 visa was cancelled because of the approval of i130.

OMG while I was texting my attorney and she was telling me "I'm sorry maybe it's for real they are working in February cases" she texted me again and told me "you can't believe it I have the uscis letter with your approval here" I don't know when I was approved , the system is not updated yet, stills appears as received but guys finally , IM APPROVED! PD June 22, TSC, sent an inquiry in January 2nd.

I called but according to them still within processing time.
