Wonderful news today.  Got the approval letter in the mail for our I-130 today.  PD date 06/28/2017

Fantastic! Congratulations! I am really happy for you guys!

Just for a matter of curiosity, is the petitioner a us citizen or permanent resident? I from August and I want to know more or less how long I will be waiting.

Thanks in advance!

Hi all, my priority date is 12-28 with TSC. I am a USC filling for my husband. I know I have a long way to go. I just spent the last 3 days reading all 86 pages of this topic. I learned a lot, (didn't send bene birth certificate hope I don't get RFE and learned how to check the status of similar cases on the app) All of your posts have been a big help and while I wait until june/july  your posts keep me going.

I did not send it either because the instructions didn't ask for the birth certificate of the beneficiary. I hope I don't get a RFE too.

We are on the same boat. I am from August third, waiting here and rooting for everybody's case to be approved soon. Good luck on your journey, and keep posting. 😉

You guys should be fine.
I too did NOT send a copy of my birth certificate, and was approved 6 months later without a hiccup.

Nearly everyone on VJ frontloads their petition.
Personally i sent my evidence in during the initial filing of the petition.
Ive visited my wife 3 times sense my initial filing so I will "sideload" my petition at the NVC stage with updated pictures, boarding passes, Son's BC, and money gram history screenshots.
