Hey everyone.  How is everyone's wait time going?

Filed I130: 06/21/2017

NOA1: 06/26/2017

I know we haven't waited long but this is killing me. Anyone having any good luck with TSC?Can anyone from this group can tell me how long it may take for me to get the approval. As far as estimates are concerned, i Spoke with Tier 2 agent and she replied I still have people ahead of me in queue and they are looking at May end Files. They have not picked up June Filers yet. By next month it will be crossing 200 days mark. Any suggestion or reply would help. I am anticipated to go and visit my local congress office and find out a solution.

TSC is taking around 200 days on average from NOA1, then its another 30 days before you file is sent to NVC. Once you submit all documents to NVC and fill out your forms online NVC is taking around 45 days to review. So you are getting there, if you make a timeline here on VJ you would get an estimate of when you should be getting NOA2.
