That would be the petitioner.... And they will simply request last year tax transcript (2016) It will come in the petitioners mail in a few weeks.

What i sent according to other VJ member's experience / checklist share:

 

AOS for petitioner (and joint sponsors if you have one)

- I-864 form (or it's various version whichever applies to your case)

- past 3 years IRS transcript

- company letter proving job title, start date, current salary

- recent pay stub (by recent i sent in past 3 months)

Just got email/text today asking for RFE.  Received date June 28, 2017,  At least they finely got to it.  Just wait for the letter to come and see what they want sent back at this point.

What a mysterious process..
Out of the 100 cases near my own(PD May 19th).
18/28 I-130s are still showing the "Case Was  Received" status.
And according to the VJ data they are still finishing up April.

I am starting to think that they throw darts to see which paperwork is on deck.

My noa2 was approved mid oct 

 

nvc has still not gotten the package , it been more than a month . Has anyone else gotten their package sent to NVc ?

 

called uscis they are. Claiming that the package was sent the same day the case was approved , NVc on the other hand is saying they don’t have the package ?

Im going though that now mines was approved 9/26 and NVC are doing research to see where my package is
