OMG Elisa, that is so sad. Why would you complete the I-130 process at all? I would not give up my life for a cheating husband....

Because I love him, and I try to think everything is going to be better when we'll be together again :( I have spent 3 years of my life with him , 2 of them we have been married , so it's not that easy to break up, of course I have strong feelings for him :(

Update!!!

Just got an email from NVC at 1am. It was a welcome letter with my case number and a checklist on what to include and basically what to do next.

I know the uscis sent my package on October 5th, not sure when NVC received it (maybe a week later because it went from Texas to New Hampshire).

I updated my timeline. Keep holding on everyone. It's a slow and gruelling process but totally worth it to be in our husband or wifes arms eventually 😊😍

I respect your choice, but it wouldn’t be mine how much years I already spent with him. I have a hard time giving up my family, friends and work and with a insecure factor like that I just couldn’t I guess. I do wish all turns out good for you😘

Thanks!! I got an email from USCIS that stated they sent it out. My case got approved sept.13 i believe (check my timeline)...so it took some time for them to send it. Once i got the email, it was updated online.

Okay, I see. I received my NOA2 on Oct 2nd and it there it says they have sent my case to NVC but so far I haven't received any e-mail/text message from USCIS nor is the status updated on their website.

USCIS takes some time to send out to the NVC. You will receive an email (as long as you provided an email to them) when they send it out. Once you get that, uscis online will be updated. I can't seem to figure out how they handle cases, there is no logic to it. But i hope you get an email soon saying theysent it to nvc. After that the process picks up. Good luck!
