That's great. You did give them your email tho right? Because sometimes they send the welcome letter via email only as in my case. So, if you didn't plz do so.

I asked to add it but they said the case isnt even available for adding info / editing yet. They assured me once they add it we will receive emails, and i will call everyday to try.

At least the person is helpful enough to explain to me what's going on with the system, it's the newest cases that they are still assigning case number. They also said once i have the case number i will be able to upload everything on the system i dont have to mail it.

Does this apply to everyone now?

Yes they have approved some April filers, but there are a lot of march Filers that haven't received an approval, if you check the app, not even the half of march filers have changed the status and if you check here, your gonna find lot of people complaining they have been waiting for over 7 months and they haven't heard something from uscis yet.

You can look for the "unapproved Texas I 130 filers" and you Will find at least 30 actives profile, that are waiting for an approval. And the profiles or timelines checked here for march in Texas service center are 62, and 30 actives profiles or timelines are still waiting for NOA2 , so the half checked in visa journey r still waiting for an approval, it might give you an idea of the statistics of people who doesn't have a profile here, and also if you check the app and look for march filers it's really disappointing , the most of march filers appears as "received"
