Received the approval letter today, but got approved january 3! Glory to God! Pd march 3 2017. I hope and pray for everyone waiting to get their approvals soon too, God bless us all! ❤❤

I think Texas is delayed. They must still be on March applicants.

My PD is 4/7/17 and on 10/4  my status changed stating that a RFE was sent. I am still waiting on the mail to see what are they requesting. However just like you i have notice more RFE than approval from Texas.

I-130 for my step daughter

 

4/6 - I-130 sent USPS

4/7- I-130 received at Chicago Lockbox

4/12 - Money order cashed

4/13 - Notice of acceptance (Text/ email) - Case assigned to TEXAS

4/18 - Notice of acceptance (regular mail USPS)

10/4- RFE - for intial evidence notice online

10/19/2017 RFE notice received

10/20/17 - RFE response sent

10/21/2017 - RFE delivered to USCIS address

10/23/2017 - USCIS system updated " Response to USCIS request for evidence was received

1/22/2018 - Approved (Tier2 informed me by phone)

2/8/2018 - Case Sent to NVC

2/21/2018 - NVC received case 

3/30/2018 - Case & Invoice number over the phone

3/30/2018 - DS-261 completed

4/2/2018 - Welcome letter by email

4/3/2018 -  Paid $120 & $325

4/10/2018 - Sent IV & AOS documents

4/11/2018 -  Post office delivered documents to NVC

4/11/2018 - Completed DS260

4/23/2018 -  Case Completed

iv been noticing for last 3-4 months that TSC is processing applications from DR the fastest ...

Thank you even though im not sure if it is because my petition is for a minor.

I've got a welcome letter in the email from NVC that they have received my file. Haven't got anything in the mail tho. And yes try calling them, they'll let you know about your case status and if they got ur file already then they can provide your case number as well, so you can start with Ds-261 and paying bills. Also, start gathering your AOS and IV documents. Ask me anytime if you have any questions or need help. Good luck

Husband called NVC said they received it last week but no case number yet... no email and nothing can be put on the system...

This is where you get really helpless coz calling doesnt help~:(

the timeline where are you getting that from?
