With all these Feb cases being approved I'm beginning to think that the cases are not being processed in date order. Its more like last in first out.  My PD is 2/9 so none of this makes sense to me.

I always look forward to your posts though...you help us a lot. Thank you!

My PD 2/21 still waiting as well wish us all luck!!

Thanks.

Yes working on the documents this weekend. They asked for form G-325A from both of us.

Then the waiting continues. 😕😕🙄🙄

Oh why are they asking for that again? Did they lose it?

I have a question. Does it really matter who has to contact Tier 2. Since we applied through the lawyer's office, I thought to ask him to do that. Or can I call myself... or it's my husband who must call. Getting confused

We have an attorney for our case as well, but I call(I'm the petitioner). I figured I'd take matters into my own hands without waiting for the attorney to find the time to do so since I'm not the only client he has.

I believe both the petitioner and beneficiary can call. Just have the Receipt# and you will be asked general questions that you should know the answers to DOB, spouse's name, if you're the petitioner, beneficiary or attorney etc.

You have a better chance of getting transfered to a T2 agent right a way (with little or no wait time) when you call in the morning (my experience).

All the best!

There was no need to call! I just received an e-mail from our attorney saying we got approved at August 24 :) Such a happiness. Feeling so overwhelmed emotionally that I woke up my husband from his sleep! Wish luck to everyone! The process definitely needs a lot of patience.

They sent to your lawyer instead of petitioner? Me and my wife lives in Canada and was worried that they might sent to her US address instead...
