I got mail and website says the same.  Notice date shows 07/18/2017, but website says that it was transferred to State on 24th July.

I am a US citizen with the priority date of Jan. 3rd. I got the approval letter in the mail today!

He said I should get something in the mail soon. I am a U.S. citizen and my service center was Texas Service Center. To all the people waiting out there, keep your head up. Looks like Texas Service Center is processing end of January now.

Just wanted to update everyone about my RFE.. they wanted my (beneficiary) birth certificate. 

 

Priority date: Jan 18th 2017

Request for Additional Evidence mailed: 12th July 2017 (updated on app)

RFE received in mail: 24th July 2017

Birth certificate sent: 25th July 2017

 

Hopefully we get approved soon

But spouse's birth certificate is required later at the NVC stage? Why would they ask for it now?

FYI: Just got off the phone with USCIS (tier 2 supervisor)

  According to him they are currently working on December 16th, 2016 cases and they are trying to speed things up.

Agree. I didn't send my wife Birth certificate as well and it is not even on the checklist.

My PD is 15th Dec, so does it mean they jumped 15th to 16th. Hoping for a good news soon. Thank you for the feed back
