Hey! I saw these times on the uscis page today.... so the processing time for I -130 for us citizens is October 4 2016... or January 2017? Because I read someone's called  to Texas service center and they said they were processing January 2017 forms I-130 for us citizens...

All evidence points to it actually being Jan 2017.

It's because this guy updates the processing times on their website:

Greetings to everyone,

I just joined this topip, I filed in May  2017,  you know one thing about this whole issue is that once the uscis gives you a priority date, there is nothing else to do than to cross your fingers and start  waiting, I have seen some cases approved withing 2months and some even up to  a year, so it all depends on once destiny,  as for me, I desided to hand it over to God through prayer that his will be done!

My prayer also is that everyones case that is due to be approved should be released henceforth in Jesus name!

Amen.

There is no cause for alarm, tell your partner to call the uscis office from US if you have waited more than 6months, like I said some takes longer than normal proccessing time but that doesnt mean that there is anything wrong with your case, just be prayerful and positive, you will shortly get an approval in Jesus name!
