from what i have seen o the app theres a large no. of RFE's for jan applicants

Guys i send in my i130 jan 31, i see that they are processing december cases and such but why on the uscis processing times it says september 2??

Hi all.. I'm a may filer.. my husband got a message late last night from uscis, it says "Your case SRC***** is now updated. Check "my case status at www.uscis.gov. Msg and data rates may apply.

 

The last time our case was updated was on June 8 when they corrected an error in my husbands date of birth after he called and brought it to their notice. They sent us a message and updated on their website as well.

 

The thing now is we haven't even been able to open the case status page, maybe the website is going through an update or something.

 

But does uscis just send random messages or could there really be an update in my case so soon? Did anyone else get this message? 

 

Keeping my fingers crossed till Monday when they would have updated.

its my first time commenting here am a December filler PD 15/12/2016 till now no update we are 204 days since the last update,does anyone know the month texas service center is processing right now am confused and worried I want to be with my husband.your reply will help

thts really weird.... i thought they are done with Dec and almost halfway through with Jan? Can anyone else add in their opinion? im really confused.

I dont know why they make no updates on their website but it does not change my belief that we are very close to approval.

for example even residents i130 goes faster it says december 2 for them and september 2 for us

@Natty_Bry also, where are you getting this info from if you dont mind me asking? how accurate is this? i am literally stressing myself to death over this approval letter. My PD is Feb 27 by the way.

Please refer to my last post on page 8 of this thread explaining how i did it, not exactly exhaustive list but i'm trying to keep myself busy
