Is TSC backlogged or something? I tried scouring the internet for any news but came up empty handed. My i-130 application for a foreign spouse was received by TSC on 12/23/2016. There has been no progress, not that I know of at least, since then. The processing times for TSC i-130 application seems to be stuck on September.

Has anyone here who has a late December date received updates on their case?

By the looks of the it, it seems back logged.
Ive seen only a few late December early January i130s...but most have been from Novemberish.
I am not sure where everyone else is finding late January and early Februaries.

Back in Feb and March a lot of October and November cases were transferred from Nebraska to TSC, which slowed them down a lot.

In fact Nebraska is not slow if we look at how many cases they are handling and how many they have processed.

If Texas handling speed can catch up with that of Nebraska there should not be a problem and that was i think the reason they try to transfer cases to speed up everything for everyone.

Texas just need to get used to the work load and go full speed. And i think it will :P

Please stay positive and what you think will come true.

Data is just a reference but we should hope for the best and spread this vibe.

We will all get approved sooner than we know i'm sure and i'm starting to be worried i don't get enough time to enjoy my home country one last time :jest:

It's a sampling. The govt blocks your IP after awhile so it would be impossible to track them all. I usually check up on 1000-2000/day (not all I-130, just number ranges where I found lots of I-130s.)

i use the Case Tracker app by Stephen Aldous on iOS. Not sure if Nattie_Bry uses the same one.

Thanks for the updates.

I believe that they are processing the permanent residence I-130 petitions faster than the US citizen petitions at the Texas service center.
