I was already expecting rfe for spouse pics,as my lawyer didnt add them.

Just to check @Beast333 is the RFE for passport photo of spouse(beneficiary or petitioner?)  or just pictures for bonafide relationship? I thought the instructions said no need passport pictures of spouse (beneficiary) if not in USA >.<

My status changed for RFE received on March 27, but my husband is already talking to his congresswoman. I keep waiting and hopping for good news soon.

Hello All - I filed my petitions for Wife and step daughter in January.  I received text and email from USCIS on 1-8-18 - texas service center.  On 4-19-18 I received email of case updates.  I set up new account on new USCIS website and it states my case has been approved!   In a little over 3 months.  Has anyone else who filed in January received such confirmation?  I should receive a letter in the mail by May 18 about next steps for NVC.

3/30/2018 - DS-261 completed

4/2/2018 - Welcome letter by email

4/3/2018 -  Paid $120 & $325

4/10/2018 - Sent IV & AOS documents

4/11/2018 -  Post office delivered documents to NVC

4/11/2018 - Completed DS260

4/23/2018 - Case COMPLETED

Case approved 4/20/18!! PD 9/29 TSC. How long did it take for NVC to receive your case? I called today but they haven't received it yet. They said it could take up to 6 weeks to just receive it!

Hi... It can take upto 6 weeks to receive it, and upto 8 weeks to assign it a case number once they receive it - max of 14 weeks!!! For example, they received mine on 18th March, and I just got assigned a case number.

Request for an expedite 30-05-2018 with no nvc #case number or #invoice number
havent paid any fees yet.

Reason for expedite want son to be here soon before he turns to 21 and before his medical college starts!

Receive emaiL regarding NVC expedite request is under review on 02-05-2018.

Today Receive Case Number and invoice number in emaiL 05-05-2018 only a week after nvc receive our case.

They toLd me to directly pay fees now and submit documents electronically now!
