after this long waiting, finally i have my case number and invoice ID! on april 10 ! april 11 choose agent and pay AOS fee and yesterday they send me a letter that say pay applicant visa form! im so excited! uscis took 9 months for approved my case, send me a rfe and just too two weeks for approved it and one week to sent iT to the department of state

 NVC JUST TOOK 5 WEEKS AND 5 DAYS TO GAVE ME MY CASE NUMBER !

here is an update on my case :

 

2/21/2018 - NVC received case 

3/30/2018 - Case & Invoice number over the phone

3/30/2018 - DS-261 completed

4/2/2018 - Welcome letter by email

4/3/2018 -  Paid $120 & $325

4/10/2018 - Sent IV & AOS documents

4/11/2018 -  Post office delivered documents to NVC

4/11/2018 - Completed DS260

 

So now I am waiting for them to complete the case and hopefully soon get an interview date.

Finally my i130 was approved on April 10th 2018 and my husband receieved it today in his mailbox

So guys today i reveive NOA2 of approval notice by maiL.

Case was approved already a week on uscis website on 9 apriL 2018.

But the date on notice is (notice date 4-7-18)

SecondLy on the NOA2 it is written that

(As the Petitioner Requests,we have sent the case to Deparment of State National Visa center NVC

You should allow a minimum of 30 days for U.S department of state processing before contacting NVC)

So guys i am little confused is petition already sent to nvc,as the status on uscis website still shows approved?

10 days are passed should i contact nvc now?

You should start calling NVC after 2wks. Update your immigration timeline

Mine took 5months from response to RFE was received(Nov 21st 2017) to NOA2(April 10th 2018)

I just checked your profile to verify that. I am really happy that finally you got approved  .Did the USCIS explain to your congressman why they took so long to give you an answer?

 

My status changed for RFE received on March 27, but my husband is already talking to his congresswoman. I keep waiting and hopping for good news soon.

How long did it take you guys to get an NVC number after NOA? I was approved on 26th Feb and yet, I have no NVC case number. I called them today.

Hy Guys 

So uscis app notified me about case change i check case on old uscis website.

It says today 18 apriL 2018 RFE was mailed!

P. D 10 Oct 2017 Texas service center.

I was already expecting rfe for spouse pics,as my lawyer didnt add them.

So hopefully this mess will end in 2 ,3 weeks.

No update on new uscis website account.

Is there a way to check the old website? I thought the new one had replaced it entirely.
