I saw  a lot of August filers approvals, mine is July not yet. so angry!

They haven’t approved our July cases and they’ve moved to August....Seriously don’t understand this system...It’s not fair to see cases way farther than ours get approved and we’re still waiting..Sad

Mines took only two weeks after sending the request, what they wanted you send?

Mine was sent to NVC on Feb 1 and they received it on Feb 9...still no case number  I have been calling the NVC everyday..apparently they are backed up..but I see a lot of people get their case numbers after mine..so frustrating

By this coming Friday , you should get your case # I Believe so ! For myself it took a month from the day case arrived in NVC .

Just got my case and invoice number. It was sent to nvc Jan 29 and received Feb 6

after more than 7 and a half months waited , today they notify me about "Request for Additional Evidence Was Mailed". Dont know what they need until get the hard copy. Anyone know what they usually need on the "Request for Additional Evidence Was Mailed" notice?   I did not send the Timeline along with I-130 when initially filed the I-130. that could be the one they need now ? and how long after they receive my evidence they gonna approve my case? thanks.

pd: july 17, 2017. Texas center.

i just called now, my case was send february 21 and they say was received march 1 and told me call march 15 to get it in the system and gave me my case number i hope it soon! hope to you too!
