No worries it's good to keep myself busy doing this as well :)

- 2 cases on Dec 6 sent to DOS

- 1 case on Dec 19 sent Request for Initial Evidence

- 2 cases on Dec 22 sent to DOS

- 1 case on Dec 27 sent Request for Initial Evidence

- 2 cases on Dec 28 sent Request for Initial Evidence

- 1 case on Dec 30 sent Request for Additional Evidence

- 3 cases on Jan 9 sent to DOS

Wondering what the distribution of the I-130 for spouse or other relatives, USC or residence is...

where do you get this info from ? the USCIS live updates similar to your case tracker ?

Hi all.. did anyone here file i129f for k3 visa? I can see from the processing times that approval for the k3 is even faster than i130, my husband has already filed for it. Where can I see vj timeline for k3 please?

K3s are being phased out , so you wont be able to file for one.
Even if you do get a chance to file a K3, it'll be reverted into i129 or i130 respectively.
so you wouldn't save any time doing so.

Oh really? I didn't know that. He filed the i129f together with a copy of i130 noa1 and we received a noa1 for the i129f on 8th June.. oh well, nothing to lose. We keep on waiting.

Oh i read on some other threads that people filing concurrent petitions and saying that they will receive a i-129f case close notification if their i-130 is approved, you can check for updates as an indication at least! Best of luck!
