Good day everyone,

today i recieved a text that my case was updated. When i checked on USCIS it stated that my case was sent to NVC in 2/8/18.  Thanks God.

 

note- as of 2/11/18 i have not received my approval letter.

Yes Abies, it took 91 days from the day they recieve my RFE until approval.

Texas Service Centre is something else but thank God you are out of there

Yes thanks God, and you will be soon. Call USCIS talk to a tier2. They were the one who informed that my case was approved. Until now i havent receive the approval letter.

Yes, i understand. I spoke to different one and gave me different info. Only 2 said approved on 1/22 the rest stated case.is pending... and all of the were Tier2.

Yes, but my advice is to call anyway.

My husband and his congressman has called&we were told a decision will be made before Feb 20th

You were right!!!! Approved 1/31!!! This fukking nightmare is finally done. What is next? I know NVC but do I need a lawyer for that? I hired/paid for one for uscis filing but now they are asking for more $ to handle NVC. Can I do it myself or would it be wise to use lawyer services?

You dont need a lawyer.

You can do it yourself

Hello Everyone,

 

My online  case status changed to approved on Feb 7 2018. PD was July 19 2017. How long it is going to take before I am gonna hear from NVC??
