Im in the same boat its more than 300 days for me no RFE or NOA2. The whole process will take 1.6 years is what they said.

Contact your local congressman whoever is the petitioner can file that and get to know what is going . Seems like un-reported RFE.

Yes my dear. My husband called nvc yesterday 30th and they said they received our case the day before, but that we should give them about 2 weeks to assign case number. But I'll call them every other day.

How long it took them to receive the case ?

Oh wow, that is interesting! I would be deeply interested in knowing about how to expedite cases? Any idea how do it? I am guessing its definitely not by calling TSC but any help is appreciated...

This has the criteria for expedite cases:  https://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria

It's my understanding it has to be a fairly serious issue to get expedited, and it has to be occuring to the petitioner, not the beneficiary.

Looks like other people are having the same problem. Apparently due to bad weather.

Alas, I know. My NOA-1 is less than 3 weeks after yours - I can't wait to hear from USCIS. We have been married for 7 years now - I hope that will help expedite the process - I sent a huge folder filled with evidence, and we also have a kid together. Its as genuine as a marriage can be... We moved to the US last year but she isn't a US citizen :(

That's a difficult situation to be in for sure. The wait is hard, and I can't imagine how your child feels too. Definitely hoping you hear something soon!
