I found out the system usually has delay on updates during the weekend, now we can see more approvals since Friday:

- 2 cases on Dec 22 sent to DOS

- 4 cases on Dec 23 sent to DOS

- 5 cases on Dec 27 sent to DOS

- 1 case on Jan 3 sent Request for Initial Evidence

- 1 case on Jan 3 sent to DOS

- 4 cases on Jan 13 sent to DOS

- 3 cases on Jan 17 sent to DOS

Was so anxious hoping to see some Feb approvals :(

More post-holiday progress:

- 3 cases on Dec 6 sent to DOS

- 1 case on Dec 6 sent Request for Additional Evidence

- 1 case on Dec 15 sent Request for Initial Evidence

- 2 cases on Dec 16 sent to DOS

- 1 case on Dec 22 sent to DOS

- 10 cases on Dec 23 sent to DOS

- 1 case on Dec 22 sent Request for Initial Evidence

- 1 case on Dec 27 sent Request for Additional Evidence

- 1 case on Dec 27 APPROVED

- 2 cases on Dec 27 sent to DOS

Quite cheerful for the limited number of cases i'm following, (Around 200 cases in Dec i'm still following at NOA1).

However,  these petitions are from September 2016 I take it.

I filed January 3, got my NOA 1 on January 9th.

I've called USCIS twice and I was told They're in September 2016 that they have not gotten to January yet what's being processed are the September petitions or other i-130.

What's processing for December and January are not for us citizens but for permanent resident filing i-130 or other petitions.

As of June 15th I was told due to the backlog and delay I still have approximately 4 months to go  for my noa2!

Oh i didn't know we can call and find out which month they are at! Did they verbally confirm that they are processing resident's cases instead of citizen's?

And did they say these i-130 are tranfer from Nebraska? I think we can find out easily from other groups that's got transferred to see if their case number has changed to TSC from NSC.

Case numbers i see that's been approved has initials with SRC, but it does not give more detail which type it is, or for whom unfortunately.

I read that some people calling USCIS and were told they should be able to get a status change after about 6 months and hopefully you hear something soon!

My NOA1 is 21 Feb and i will find out in a month :P

It says explicitly on the USCIS site regarding transfers that your case number doesn't change when you get transferred, so they should be original.

From what I read though in other threads, the tier 1 customer service people only see the numbers published online which based off of the large number of USCs on here that have gotten NOA2, must have Nebraska transfers sprinkled in.

That's good to know! All the cases that i see on the app are with case numbers starting with SRC, which means Texas. So it eliminates the chance they are from Nebraska.

I cross check frequently on the "Immigration Timeline" Tag above, choose Spousal visa stats, in the filter area choose TSC, Not Transferred (love this function), order by NOA1 date and it shows it's half way through Dec already for Non transferred TSC cases.

http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?cfl=0&op1=a&op2=&op3=5&op4=23&op5=5,6,8,10,11,13,14,15,16,17,18,20,21,22,25,26,27,28,108,110,111,208,210,211&op6=Texas Service Center&op66=Not Transfered&op7=All&dfile=No&adv=0

Cross checking different sources and be objective about it is key!!! Keep up the positive spirit fellas!

i'll keep the report going until we got more good news!!!

Saw different answers regarding that...

Some says it's just a transfer to another service centre and some says it involves an interview that normally isnt required...

But since usually the notice by mail will contain a lot more information, no one can be sure about what it means unless one receives it...

Honestly i am having a feeling Texas is going to get delayed pretty hard because of the number of applications they received. even Nebraska received less applications than Texas. It seems like they sent most of the I130 applications towards TSC :(:(:( 1st quarter of 2017. I might be wrong though

2016

1st Quarter - 5,848

2nd Quarter - 15,924

3rd Quarter - 15,205

4th Quarter - 22,234

2017

1st Quarter - 45,770
